Grand Admiral Thrawn has a conversation with Inquisitor Kilara....

"Thank you for coming, Inquisitor Kilara." Thrawn said as he slowly turned to face the woman who was standing silently behind him.

She was tall, not at tall as he was but close enough with her long black hair pulled back into a braided bun and her brown eyes were leveled at him with a blank look.

"You're welcome, sir." Inquisitor Kilara said, her voice was accent-less...just like the rest of her kind.

Thrawn sat down at his seat and said, "You must be wondering why I called you here, Inquisitor Kilara."

A blink and a subtle shift of her shoulders before she said, "I don't question the orders of my superior officers, sir."

"Technically your superior officers are the Grand Inquisitor and Lord Vader." Thrawn said.

"True but I like to humor everyone in our Empire, sir." Kilara said.

Thrawn hummed thoughtfully and said, "Understandable, Inquisitor Kilara." He interlaced his fingers in front of his chin. "Now to why I summoned you here: what do you know about your people?"

Another blink before a slow smile appeared on her lips, "I know enough that this little device won't be of no use if I actually wanted to remove it, sir...but it doesn't change my 'loyalty'."

"Your questionable loyalty." Thrawn stated.

"Let me say it like this then, sir: I don't like being sneaky, if I am going to betray you I'll do it out in the open." Kilara said. "Besides we share a common enemy."

"And that is?"

"...Jedi..." Kilara said. "My people never liked them...we also don't like Sith but that's a necessary evil that I have to live with."

"Thank you for being so open with me, Inquisitor Kilara." Thrawn said.

"You're very welcome, Grand Admiral." Kilara said with a bow of her head. "If you'll excuse me, I have to prepare for my next mission." She bowed before she turned and walked out of them room, leaving Thrawn staring after her.
You might think her foolish saying what she's thinking but that's how Faberians are, they don't like sneaking around and will rather you know how they truly feel about you.

Kilara won't betray the Empire as long as they don't betray her first, like I said Faberians won't attack unless they are attacked first...despite being an aggressive race. So yeah as long as the Empire act smart with her then she'll do what they want her to do with no questions.

I only own Kilara and her people
